How your business can save money

NetSuite Pricing

Cutting your software costs

I want to help you save money and I am never going to ask you for anything in return.

Every year I save thousands of pounds by not spending any money on software. I wanted to find a more economic way of getting systems for my business - a move inspired by the NetSuite pricing in a quote I had received. I have learned that I can do most of the day to day tasks efficiently using tools that cost me nothing. So here is a skill they won’t teach you at business school. Even the most savvy of small business people know very little about the methods I am give you here.

Do these 3 things right away to start saving money.

  • 10 minutes/day search on one term ie free wordprocessor.
  • Capture the detail of everything you find (and your experiences) on Evernote.com ($0).
  • Spend 10 mins. everyday giving your findings a very quick try.

I recommend you do this for one month to establish a list and implement all of the tools you might require to runn your business. To get what I am talking about here try these tools now, I use then all the time and they work well.

The software listed on the left is free and in some cases there is an upgrade to a paid version but don’t let this daunt you I get by with the free version most of the time (to help you easily identify what each tool does I have listed their “paid” for equivalents on the left hand side – I hope this helps).

Here we go:
