Management upheavals lead to a state of chaos

The Topsy-turvy management at the highly credible Philadelphia Plumbers is giving it a good deal of despair and confusion. After having non stop talks, meetings and arguments over whether the management should be changed totally and whether the company practices for the Board of Directors be transformed, it has now been decided to exercise the veto to choose the new chairman. Management upheavals not only dismantle the harmony at the top administrative level, but also trickle through out the organization in concern and lead to further commotion and discomfort amongst all workers. Relatively speaking, when a management discord happens, it should ideally not trickle down to the middle and lower level layers of the organization as that causes futile rumor mongering and this works towards ultimately harming he best interest of the firm. The last few years are an apt witness to the fact that every time a top executive has vacated a key position, more often than not, the entire Board dives into a state of anxiety and blame game. At a time when each one of us shouldstand as one, each person is busy getting sucked into thinking who did what and make up an irrational assumption. Instead of integrating the load and responsibilities, people get involved in constructing an unhealthy ambience of uncertainty, rumors and instability. Just like what happened the other instance at Philadelphia Electricians also, the company’s Managing Director had to resign at the pinnacle of the company’s prosperity due to some health problems. This resulted in the stakeholders losing faith in the electric works company and finally, as expected, the company’s share slid on the exchange and became a penny stock in less than 3 week’s time.
